Vision Statement: Make every space safer so that people can live healthier lives.

Mission Statement: We are committed to providing high-quality, intelligent disinfecting solutions that make spaces healthier and safer for people.

EMist makes TruElectrostatic disinfectant sprayers for TruDisinfection.

EMist was founded on a legacy of technology and industrial designs by our founder and inventor Mr. Mike Sides. Mike is an accomplished senior executive with more than 30 years of industrial engineering experience. Mike is an inventor on several patents including the EMist patented electrostatic technology. He has been designing and manufacturing electrostatic spray technology for over 30 years. With his experience and innovative technologies in vector control, he is recognized by his peers as an electrostatic industry expert. He has partnered with multiple entities including the Department of Defense, Naval Entomology Center of Excellence, and the United States Department of Agriculture, World Health Organization, International Pest Application Research Center, and many others on providing portable electrostatic designs. He continues with the development of new electrostatic innovative technologies with more patents pending and continues to be a large part of the electrostatic industry movement. As he speaks to our team at EMist, “When comparing electrostatic technologies, it is not who has the best electrostatics but how well the electrostatics has been adapted to the application. In the case of coating a surface with liquid, EMist is the overall leader. We are not the best at any one thing, but we are the best overall. Our design achieves the end objective by providing comprehensive, efficient, and effective surface treatments better than the current industry methods. Our portability and configuration options are just additional features that give our customers even more of an advantage to stop the unnecessary spread of sickness & infection.”

Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, EMist develops electrostatic disinfectant application systems to deliver safer surfaces at lower costs, while reducing manpower and keeping people healthy. We are the leading electrostatic technology company providing world class products and services. We are committed to stopping the unnecessary spread of sickness and infection in every community. Our electrostatic application technology and educational programs are designed to deliver better results more consistently and more safely than current cleaning and disinfecting methods. These advancements represent an opportunity to adjust standardized processes and protocols, to simplify operations, while taking full advantage of better performance to create healthier spaces. Proper surface disinfection methods will impact public health favorably.

Today, EMist application systems are at work in a multitude of settings throughout the country. The company has also expanded its distribution networks and promotes its application systems both nationally and internationally. Additionally, the company created the Health-E Certification Program to help agencies, organizations and professionals adhere to standard disinfecting protocols.
